You better create planet weather control, calculating from surface upper block. If there 40+ trees, there often rains. If there 0 threes, there will be less oxygen. For each 5 sec of rain = somewhere on planet will be grow 1+ three. And most of all, that planet look will be calculating from upper blocks of planet + trees on there + grass. (if you place 1 moon block on each surface block and cut down three > on planet it will be deems as if planet = moon.) Also i really like if you can manage 1 block surface to 1 pixel of surface of planet view = to create planet pixel painting) For bigger planet there will be 2 surface block to 1 pixel of planet view.
if you're in admin mode you can craft the old one. Not sure if that one still works. Then again if you are in admin mode it's pretty much god mode so no oxygen cold hunger or damage can kill you
Fixed it for you (but i prefer the Launch Octopus theme) Anyway, i can't wait for the ocean biome worlds - hopefully we're getting now our boat and a submarine!
Good, Good. Now we just need a better merchant system for a more variable game-progression, story quests, and a little game clean-up and some polishing and we should be finally set for another stable update. Besides these things, ocean planets, and Hylotl cities, was there anything else on the Dev's lists that needed redone before we'd see a stable release?
^ Hylotl are amphibious and evolved humanoids. They wouldn't necessarily need to be able to breathe underwater. Amphibians still need to breathe air every once in a while, which is basically what separates them from marine animals, like fish. They especially should not have anymore advantage other species who might have developed technology in their suits/clothes that allow them to do what gills do: Extract oxygen from the water. Amphibians can indeed "drown" in real life. It doesn't seem silly to me at all that the Hylotl might be able to. Generally the more accustomed amphibians are to land the less apt they are to breathing underwater. And as far as I know, the Devs didn't want to give any of the races actual race bonuses. It would make the game a bit unfair, don't you think? *shrug*
Not only amphibians. Did you know whales don't breathe underwater either? They are mammals and have lungs just like us, and since female hylotls have breasts, I assume so are they.
To be fair the devs did say (way back when) that there *would* be racial bonuses, but that these would be part of the racial armors and that you could get recipes for the other races racial armors with enough searching.
I assume that they are amphibians because they appear to be based on a combination of axolotl and frogs. But I dunno, I guess they are whatever the Devs want them to be. I was specifically speaking of race bonuses, not armor bonuses. I consider armor bonuses to be something completely different, even if they are initially tied to the player's race.
