Obtaining new tech cards? (Upbeat Giraffe)

    I've tried searching around, but info on Starbound nightly is basically hell to find.

    So anyway, I haven't been able to get any techs besides Pulse Jump, Bouncy, Energy Dash, and the nanosuits. If there is currently a way to get other techs could someone tell me how.

    As you upgrade your ship, new techs become available on your SAIL console. They can then be unlocked using blank tech cards, which are found in Apex test facilities and as outpost quest rewards. To upgrade your ship, you must complete enough of the outpost quests to trigger a quest at the Penguin Bay. The shopkeeper will ask for a certain number a diamonds, and then will give you an upgraded ship license. Then just talk to your SAIL and you'll get the option to upgrade your ship in exchange for some resources. Once your ship has been upgraded, more quests will unlock in the outpost and you can do it again until your SAIL says that your ship has been upgraded fully.

    Uh... Okay, thanks can you help me with another problem?

    I did all the quests I can but so far I've never been able to interact with the Pirate Bay. Help?

    EDIT: Hang on, I still need to make the cake. How do I get the recipe?

    EDIT AGAIN: Nevermind, I figured it out, thanks a billionz!

    Just to add that tech cards can also be found in hi-tech chests that sometimes are just lying around. I found quite a few just running across a planet's surface.

    can i somehow unlock unused techs like hover bike or butterfly boost ? in enraged coala i just created recipes for blueprints but now its more difficult and i dunno the scripts for unloícking techs (sorry for bad english)
