Npcs know about novakids

I dont know how to take screenshots in starbound so i dont have a screenshot but i found an apex village and one of the villagers said "Do you know about the burning men human" i think novakids are already half implemented cause i dont know of any other burning men.

 

Basically they've implemented references to the Novakids, but not the Novakids themselves.

 

Yeah thats the only reference ive seen someone make to them though.

 

Maybe they were just asking you if you knew about the Nevada counterculture festival Burning Man

 

They might have been i was on a dessert planet so maybe theres a Nevada there.

 

Actually, it seems more likely that it was a reference to the Burning Man festival than Novakids. Either way, they're a while away.

 

Can't wait to make a Novakid named Heat Miser

 

Avian codex books will talk about "Sunborn".
I'll go with a theory that either the NPCs reference Novakids or a predecessor thereof.

 

haha I thought the same thing, nova kids are gas bags, nothing to do with burning.
