Bug/Issue NPCs die on interact

Everytime I talk to an NPC who isn't a merchant or quest related, the NPC beams away. I first noticed this in a village, and every person I talked to vanished.

I have many mods loaded, but I thought it had to do with the race I was because I downloaded several new ones, but it's across all races now, including vanilla.
I searched through the logs and managed to find something referring to Frackin' universe, so I tried to update, but it's still not working.
It's searching for a .lua file, but it doesn't exist...

I tried troubleshooting myself, and made a blank bmain.lua and dialog.lua, and then all humanoid NPCs had vanished and the logs were blaming it on Job Offers, which has since been deleted.

After deleting it, because I didn't understand why it had an error, I loaded the game up, but all the NPCs were frozen in place, and the outpost dog was moving slowly.

I deleted the blank .luas I made, and now I'm back to square one

 

Moved and removed mods one at a time, turns out it was the faleni mod... But... Now I can't interact with my ship pet
