Modding Help NPC Chatter Sounds?

I feel like I'm blind, but I've been digging through the files to try and figure out where you define these and I keep coming up empty. So, I figured I'd come and ask you guys about it. Does anyone know where and how to define these? Because I'd like to have some sound clips assigned to any NPCs I make with a race mod I've been working on.

 

They're in the base.npctype file in the NPCs folder ^_^ You'll just need to patch the file.
