Bug/Issue Novakid Ship Upgrade Limit

    Hello,
    I'm playing with my first character, a Novakid. I upgraded my ship with every crew increment, but after I got 8 crew members and receiving the license message, I can't upgrade my ship to level 7. Both the ship computer and Penguin Pete don't mention anything about the upgrade, so it seems I can't progress past this... Is there anything I can do for this?
