First of all, some questions. What program did you use? What tools do you have? What experience do you have? One thing that would definitely help you improve is learning proportions. Shading can come late, and if you are using a proper art program, take advantage of using layers.

Okay! Good to know. Btw, an art program that I find most excellent for digital art is Krita. It's free, so you can check it out and see if its good for you. In the meantime, while you could use improvement (as we all can) I think your art is great! Keep it up!

Well the first thing I would suggest in building line confidence and learn to draw from what you see. A good exercise to do is to take a piece of paper and pencil and draw your hand, but the catch is you cannot look at the paper, only look at your hands for the entire time. I want you to very slowly and meticulously draw every indent, shape, curve of your hand to to highest accuracy you can get. and remeber DONT LOOK AT YOUR PAPER. Now once you are done, look at your paper, does the drawing look anything like your hand? No? Then you did it perfectly.
I could say some compositional things but I'm bad at explaining and I don't think I'd make any sense lol. And maybe it's best to focus on your proportions more and line work. And have you heard of a program called gimp? I personally don't like it, but it's also another free art program. And it has layers. So you could put line work on one and background on another and coloring on another. Makes things super breezy. And I never heard of fire alpaca but ignore me if it has the same functions lol.
