It is now exactly 4:00 PM in my time zone (EST), and i have not received an email containing a steam key or anything. Should I be worried, or is is it like 9:00 AM where the devs are?
For people not getting emails, just check your Humble Bundle page, I didn't get an email, ever, I just eventually checked my page and found that it was available.
I got from humble key. I request a resend tool ang got an email from humble bundle. I clicked on the starbound link. On the hunble bundle page i clicked to request steam key. PS: i didn't get email. Real. Playing it right now

My friend sent me a HB gift for the game. But I can't redeem it. He used the key resender but it says they have all been used. Except they weren't. Any help?

That sounds like something your friend will need to contact the Humble Bundle staff about. Since it is in their system, the Starbound staff likely will be unable to help him.
Don't get much better from there. It freezes after you make your char profile and click on it to start as well. Also freezes when you warp to the planet. On a side note in the options go the the zoom and reduce it other wise your basically shoved right up to your character and you can't see much. This becomes a difficult slope. Do they only post the original as the second side? Then there would be complaints that one side's version has more content the the second side. Do they try to keep them both up to date? Then they are spending more time not working on the game itself to keep both versions together. Found the link where they began talking about it! I'm just wondering how I can get the email. I don't recall ever using or even signing up for an account with HB, and I know I had pre-ordered before the stretch goals. It's nearing 40pm (EST) and I still haven't received my key.
