Closed Nothing in humble bundle store

I preordered starbound a while ago but just recently tried accessing it and I had forgotten my password so I had them send me a new password I reactivated it and everything and my starbound soundtrack purchase is not there.

How did you figure it out?

 

It's been an hour now. I'm sitting here staring at my starbound receipt from months ago sent by Humble Bundle.. And staring at my humble bundle profile. Wondering when my magical key will appear.

 

I purchased two keys many months ago. I have not received an email and there is nothing on Humble Bundle under my email. Needless to say, I am not overly pleased.

 

Exact same situation here. Humble bundle says it could take several days to reply to my e-mail with my receipt of the pre-order. This is great. More and more waiting, when will it end?

 

I haven't gotten my key either, and HB isn't listing that I own Starbound. Sad times.

 

As far as I am concerned, this is Chucklefish's job to figure out. I didn't buy my game through HB. I bought it here and they need to take action.
