I wasn't going to post about it, but the patch notes for what's getting pushed to the unstable don't mention it anywhere in the "known issues" section. When it rains, rainwater no longer accumulates on the ground, which is a problem for farming. I've tried building basins with background tiles, but nothing happens.

Thanks for all your hard work.

There are two types of rain I've seen. One is just normal rain and the other is a heavy rain. The only other way to tell the difference is when you enter the rain you get the 'wet' status.

When you look at a planet on the nav screen there should be two different rain clouds to let you see if that planet has both.

Noticed that also. I was trying to grow wheat, it was raining, and the ground was dry.

I can confirm that rainwater will still build up during heavy rain. I forgot to add proper drainage to the roof of a tower I was building earlier, and found myself with a rooftop swimming pool after a heavy storm.

Aw, what? Seriously? Now I've gotta move my farm.
