No need to breath after Oxygen suit Upgrade Unlocked?

    Not sure if it is a bug or some strange perk I get.

    Once I got the Oxygen suit upgrade I have found I never need to breath when in liquids.Of course I am talking about when it is not set and I am using......cold protection. Doesn't seem to matter what liquid it is I am in either, I never need to breath.

    Is this normal? I am playing as a Novakid with Top Tier class armor.

    All suits give breathable oxygen.
