Closed No Mods Loading

I have an exceptionally large amount of mods that I use on Starbound, and suddenly none of them are loading. The vanilla game boots up perfectly fine, but the mods just don't appear. This started happening on the nightly on the 11th, on which date I didn't have access to the internet. Here're two screenshots which may describe the problem better.

 

Hey, whats up? Just create a folder in \common\Starbound-Unstabele\ named -> mods and copy all you stuff in there. Worked for me... ...except for .modpack files. They wont load, why ever...

 

Did you look at the file directory names? I apologize, but you weren't helpful.

 

Yeah, you place them in \storage not in \mods. It's only \mods not \storage\mods

 

Just as and234 said, you put mods in the Mods folder now, not storage/mods. This is like the third time they changed the mod location in the past few nightlies, but it's "Starbound - Unstable/mods/" for the correct directory on nightly.
