Resolved No Crash or Error, Starbound just stops working from launch

    Ok, this is sort of a re-post from a reply I did on someone else with a similar problem, but I wanted to bring this out for more eyes on the issue, as my reply is more of a cry for help rather than an answer.

    I'm having a similar problem but on windows 10. In terms of spec, all are above the games recommended.
    Generally: AMD Graphic card/ Windows 10/ direct x 11 ....
    I have tried starting the game from the steam shortcut and as well as starting the game from it's .exe files of bit-32 and bit-64. Ending in similar results.

    I have attempted a few actions such as uninstalling/reinstalling. Repairing the VS C++ 2015 files. Restarting my computer. Changing compatibility settings such as DPI behavior and full screen optimization. Also attempted to run the game in a the compatibility settings of older versions of windows such as windows 8.

    Unlike most issues this doesn't produce any errors/bugs. I could kill for a crash report, because it'd at least let me know what's faulty, but this issue doesn't give off anything. Just results shown above with no explanation.

    It would be reassuring if I could get some light on if this issue is being looked into.

    A friend of mine has the exact same issue, down to an identical (for all intents and purposes) log, the same 32 bit error, everything. We haven't been able to figure it out either.

    Hey, we fixed our issue, hopefully this will fix yours too! Try turning off Opengl triple buffering in the driver settings of your video card. After a day of trying everything we could think of, I saw Iris suggest that to someone else's crashing issues, and it worked instantly. Best of luck!

    Wow, it took a bit of tweaking with my driver settings, but it finally worked. You are a God, thank you.
