Closed No confirmation email

Bought the game months ago and have only received the receipt from PayPal telling me that i bought it, no confirmation email. Also tried the key re-sender and its not in there.

Have you checked your spam/junk mail folders?
Typing "humble" into your emails search engine is enough to pick it out.

 

yeah it sends an email that shows me that I've bought
Chivalry: Medieval Warfare and
Overgrowth Alpha but no starbound

 

also checked my spam/junk folder, not in there unfortunately

 

If you're 100% sure that's the email you used to pre-order, email support@chucklefish.org.

 

ha ha god i'm an idiot it was in my other emails junk folder, sorry to waste your time and thanks for the help
