Nintendo Switch. Strange new Crash bug

Hello, I searched this forum, reddit and the internet and could not find any information about the following crash bug I've been experiencing:

Nintendo Switch platform. I'm in the beginning of Fall, Year 1. Whenever the day reaches 2:10PM, the game crashes. Has anyone experienced this too? Any information on how to fix it? I have tried the following: 1. Archived my saved game + deleted and reinstalled Stardew Valley on my Switch. 2. Held the power button on my Switch for ~ 5secs to restart the console. 3. When into Systems > cleared cache.

Game still crashing when it the day hits 2:10PM.
