Nintendo Switch Stardew Valley (Crashing)

I've played Stardew Valley on the switch for a very long time, had no problems. It's updated, and so is my switch.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game through the nintendo shop, I've checked for corrupt data, I've restarted and turned off and on my switch, and still I am unable to play the game upon start-up as the message, "Unable to start Software. Return to the HOME Menu and try again." appears.

I have had this problem occur with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate a few times or so ;However, on other games like Splatoon 2, or Let's go Eevee, I am able to start up, and play without error or crashing.

I really hope this could be resolved or maybe there's something I haven't tried yet that could possibly work I dunno. :/
