i would not going in the nigthly updates but the comments motivated me to go nightly... I only play permadeath i will lose my big graveyard but no big progress lost.
How do you go about canceling quests? Thank you in advance. Edit: Never mind, I forgot about the abandon function, thank you for reminding me it was possible though.

I love nightly builds except the Third quest about cooking crashes the game and destroys the character completely.
Yeah I'm just going to sit here and read about all of the bugs and crashes, and wait for a stable update. Thanks for thew news though guys!
I got this creative mod installed.. wich I deleted by uninstalling and deleting the map from me steamapps so I could enjoy the vanilla Nightly.. Now, I see I still have all techs and can 3D print everything.. Is this normal for Nightly??

Creative mod comes with an all-tech unlock and all pixel printer unlock. If you used any of these and used that same character in Nightly, you keep those. You need to create a new character if you used one of those.
No I didnt :/ I deleted the whole map from my steam apss and uninstalled the game.. aw well.. I guess its Nightly then
Nightly is a dev build. Devs give themselves god like power while developing to test the updates (faster than playing the new content manually), they disable this for the release builds. However a nightly is not a release. So nightly comes with unlimited cosmic power.
Loving the Nightly Builds. Don't listen to the people who are whining, you spelled it out for them in the first post. Also, F*** backing up character/world/universe saves. I stopped playing vanilla-build for a while because I tiered out on the gear and aside from building, there wasn't much left to do... with Nightly, I come into a new game every time something is pushed through and get to see it all with a clean slate. Keep up the awesome work!
How the devil do I get this to work? I have no mods or anything, the bum-muncher just refuses to play. Edit; That is to say, it refuses to even start past the launcher. It shows the penguin initial loading screen then DIES before even reaching main menues. Edits; I don't know which did the job, but I clicked that "Diagnostics" button, and launched in the "Open GL" option instead of normal. Now I'm in, and I have to say I like it. I LOVE the new navigation for one. Haven't left the ship yet. But just saying, I managed to get in.
