New Spaceships

I love that the Floran ship is literally just a highjacked ship with plants taking it over.

 

If people thought like that, there wouldn't have been so much whining over the first set.

 

Aaand now I'm not sure if I should go for Apex or Human again. Oh well

 

Whining about the first ship design? I didn't even know people didn't like that

 

I really dont like the floran ship, was hoping it would be made from scrap and things put together like the reavers from firefly or more biological stuff like the wraith from stargate atlantis.

 

Pretty nice, but the floran ship feels a bit boring now. Like some typical space ship with vines thrown on. I miss the bones on their ship from the old version, they were pretty cool, I wonder if removing them was more of that age friendly nonsense.

 

That's intended, since the Floran "highjacks" technology from other races. According to their lore at least

 

Love the new avian ship design but the big diamond thingy on the rear is probably a bit too much

Edit: Just noticed that all the background walls are the same but the hylotl's one.

The human ship looks so heavy now. Like a dinosaur with a faceplate.

 

I actually hope these are still WIP...The lighting and background aren't unique other than the Hylotl ship. The exteriors all look good, but I feel the Floran one is just a ship with plants tossed on the outside of it. I feel that having the plants overgrow from the inside, and push outside the ship with the metal exterior bent out of the way would be a good touch...Regardless, I do love the new looks for each ship compared to the old designs.

Yes! Humans get hyper fast battering ram ship!!!

Who needs ship guns when we can simply fire up the dual afterburner and just ram the other ships with our specialized front armour plating!!

 

Look closely, the old floran ship was "just" the old human ship with vines. I wonder why the switch from hijacking human ships, to hijacking apex ships?

 

I'm rather fond of the Apex ship, though I was planning on playing as human or glitch... suppose I'll just have to go kill a monkey and steal his ship. I wonder if they're still able to upgrade to larger size though.

 

Love the hyotyl ship, I feel the castle turrets look odd on the glitch ship, the jewel looks on on the avien ship, love how the florans now hijak the apex, love the new human ship looks futuristic but old, and the apex ship is a awesome galactic empire vibes.

Really liking the glitch ship glad it looks good because I'm so gonna be a glitch. Not saying I don't like the other ones, I really do. This just makes me even more excited for when they add spaceship battles.

Lovin' the human ship. By the way, are these tier 2 ships, or reworked tier 1s?

 

Reworked 1st I think. During Bartwe's stream I think I saw him spawn in the new glitch ship.

 

I'd prefer if they made the Floran ship look more sinister, but these are still pretty good.
