New patch, new NPC race?

Saw this guy with massive root-like hair, at first I thought it was a Floran but then I tried speaking to him and it said he couldn't translate our language

What is this guy? :O Is he new?

 

I ran into a whole mushroom village of these guys. (unfortunately no pictures) I feel like they may be a rabid/subspecies or floran....

 

That'd make sense.. I could believe that, primal floran.

 

I'm not sure I would trust them, that Floran looks trapped underneath of that mushroom's house.

They have been around since the Angry Koala patch, however.

 

These guys have been around since Angry Koala. They're Agarans, a non-playable race of mushroom-like people.

Yeah the Floran was prisoned up.. found a guitar in the box though!

I found one of their houses recently and there was a giant floran statue in it =3
