New Patch - Annoyed Koala : Ugly Star Map !

Star Map with planets of the same Levels or previous patch Star Map with the random Threat Levels ?

    That doesn't matter.

    You highlight the problems currently so that they can be directed properly, meaning that you play the game, as unfinished as it looks right now, and give feedback as though it were already finished.

    That's how effective beta testing works.

    I think planets should have different threat levels based on the environment. For example if you land on a planet with low temperatures, high radiation and no oxygen that would be a high threat level planet.

    I don't have much of value for this thread that hasn't already been said. I'm a big proponent of making planets in a sector range from "peaceful" to "I HUNGER COWARD" with loot levels to match, but I'm really posting here to say:

    I miss seeing that owl logo from my childhood.

    Oho 50/50 split. I personally like the new system since I just ran to the most difficult planets anyway. This way all the planets have an equal chance of giving me stuff, and as a result I go to more of them.

    Having every planets at Lv 1 is really annoying ... ( As for me ... )

    I think we must make a difference between easy , average and hard survival on a planet, to create a kind of diversity.

    I don't know if it was a bug, fixed in last patch. Havn't been able to test it.

    Haven't they said that it's nearly the same thing? Level 1 planets have easy, medium and hard difficulties. So an easy level 1 planet could equal an old system lvl 1-3 planet, medium would be 4-7 and hard would be 8-10.

    So it's the same thing, they just hidden the numbers.

    I played last night, before this morning patch, and there was no [Easy/average/Hard] difficulties :/

    Yes, we need different threat levels for different planets. They don't have to be the old numbers. It could be Easy, Medium, Hard, Deadly, or Defcon 5, 4 or whatever the hell you want. But having all the systems and planets in a sector being excatly the same it's just terrible.

    We hope so. There are loads and loads of people that want back the random Threat Levels. And more than the actual votes !
