Doesn't look like anything we've seen before. Perhaps it's the robot's building style

 

so many awesome news, especially non oxygen planetslike this game more and more everyday

 

Is it just me or does the backround quality seem to be improved? Which is/was definately needed imo.

 

I'm not sure what you mean, it looks the same quality as all the screenshot backgrounds have been. I don't think I've seen this particular one before though.

 

I wonder if those chains are blocks and can be used for somthin else, also can they be placed Horizontally, if not pleas make them so!

 

Well as someone else has already Necroed this thread, may as well state this: The art of that little manor in the OP is most definitely an example of Glitch architecture as most of us should be aware at this point.

A fair amount of progress has been made on designing the Glitch stuff since this image came out, as it is plain to see.
