and I'd like to challenge Flu to make a coniferous floran!
I made this, but it is laughable.

For some reason, I'm COMPLETELY AGAINST of facial hair ('foliage'?) at Florans. I dunno why, this just seems to not... fit them.

 

But blind sniper, think of the possibilities! With floran moustaches we can be the Great Deku Tree!

But, honestly, I've never compared Florans with trees, they are more like flowers to me... pretty, deadly flowers. Les Fleurs du mal.

More robot head mods (and variations); there can never be enough! Every niche must be filled...

I think we're heavily leaning towards "male" robot looks, so I tried my hand at a obvious "female" head mod on the last row. Huge anime eyes is the gist of it, I'm visualizing a bot that makes exaggerated faces.

I love the jellyfish hat also, is the last one supposed to look like it has a trunk/abnormally long (and most likely very wiggly) nose? It looks a bit odd :/

I think it's because the mouth doesn't stand enough enough, try using one of the darker blues instead of the grey.

 

The new version looks much better, and that hair and beard style looks surprisingly fitting on a Hylotl. Honestly, the first version was rather hard to understand, probably the alternating pixel thing.

I actually have the same issue. They just seem like a very Feminine Race to me. Much like how the Asari are in Mass Effect. However they don't really have a gender, so I guess it really doesn't matter. Kinda makes you wonder what their budding Bosoms are for.

 

Yeah, I really don't think anyone but male Apex and Humans should have facial hair. The rest just won't fit at all.
