New Biome Revealed?

In the video recently released by Tiy to demonstrate the new FTL animation/changes, I believe they may have revealed the new biome type. If you watch while a destination planet is selected, one of the biome types reads "Savannah." It has a "threat level" of 9.

This is the first time I've seen mention of that biome before. Is this a new one?

They've mentioned plains-type biomes before, I don't think that's new.

 

Can you point out at what time its shown or screenshot? A lot of text flys by rather fast.

 

It can be seen first at 0:11 in the video.

 

That was the big blue-and-brown planet they were flying toward.

 

Maybe it's not the savannah we're expecting, the planet is just some giant named savannah

 

Technically this would confirm the "savannah" and "grasslands" biomes as two different things.

 

It's not the biome we're looking for.

I think it has been shown before.

 

There are clues hidden somewhere - like for the Character Creator names - for the new Biomes that we need to find for ourselves, but nope, it's not the Savannah... It was too easy to find it

 

I don't think Tiy would've kept the Savannah biome a secret, because it's honestly not that exciting. Just grassy plains.

I'm expecting some sort of themed, unique planet, similar to the tentacle planets we saw in early screenshots.

 

What I want to know is what are those two little planets around it

 

Mabye the savannah planets are ruled by Felines.
2 giant twin mountains at the north pole with treasure balls-deep ontop.

Well, one is probably an algae covered moon, the other is clearly a green spray painted death star.

 

I kind of dought they would put the new biome in the video unless they wanted us to find it.
