Neon background blocks

(I don't really consider this a suggestion but it might be)
Could they maybe be brighter? Preferably maybe generate their own source of light, although only if the light matches the color i painted them. I used them to make a big sign on top of my building, but they only shine brightly when they're foreground objects. And that means I can't pass through them. I'd also like to utilise them indoors to make a custom company logo/sign, and it's be nice if they weren't such a dull color when they're in the background. The whole point of the Neon blocks is to might bright signs anyways right?

Below you can see the color differences. , the left 3 are background objects, the right two are forground objects (default color is white, i painted em red cause that's the color for the lettering of my company logo)

 

Juice Box agrees, but reminds you, (like you may have expected someone to have), that it's only beta and stuff-tonnes of stuff is expected to change.
Juice Box also likes your sign, makes Juice Box want to make his Juice keg factory have a sign.
(p.s: JB thinks it's kinda is a suggestion, except not really, but it is... kinda)

 

That would be something for them to do when it's legitimately possible to get them. I don't think it is at the moment...
