Negalight Flashlight

I hope we can create a fun high level item called the Negalight Flashlight.

As we know, flashlights typically light up the area we are exploring? What if, for fun giggle item, we have a craft-able flashlight that does the Inverse of that, and actually REMOVES light from an area. Using it can hide a player right in plain sight that he would normally be seen at, because he's using his new Negalight Flashlight to eat the light that would reveal him.

This item is more for giggles and fun than any practical use, however any light source its directly pointed on will not emit light while its darkness is upon it.

This would also make an interesting Darkbound item ((or monster ability >=D))

Editted Notes and self ask questions:
-The lights would need a max range and amount of light similar to how flashlights have the similar maximum. ((Inspired by Auraknight))

-Could it have valid use in trap making, to hide the trap itself? ((Auraknight again))

-Could these also in a sense be used with Night Vision Goggles, thus making it more tactical than I thought?

-Could these be attached to weapons to help create an assassin shooter sense? Hiding themselves and their target as they assassinated people?

-Could it be a replacement item to the Flashlight to Darkbound Infested players who don't get cured?

 

I support this, maybe a Nega Lamp, for a radius of darkness too, that way you could conceal yourself in the shadows?

 

I dare say, the NegaLamp is another great idea! This would all go so well from being made by Darkbound items ((Cloth and plates + wires + some monsters eyes = Profit?))

 

My theory says: There is nothing that WoxandWarf doesn't like.
The idea seems little too kinky though.

I think in a sense, it'd be like flashing a flash light towards a black hole.

There's only a certain strength and it can only consume so much light to a certain distance. I mean, a flashlight doesn't light all the way to another planet. Neither would a Negalight flashlight.

how would that work?
since technically it's a light sourse,
it should cansel/ blind people who try to turn on night vision in it.
makeing it a sneakyer alternitive to flashbang grenades.

Well, this will either create a Black Hole, a Negalight Sun, or just blow it up. All three, are results I think the Darkbound would just LOVE. Soooo... Should I do it?

aslo, Negalamps would be good for makeing secret passages,
and makeing bottomless pits look truelessly bottomless.
