Modding Discussion Need real quick mod made for server

All i need is the monster spawner is to have it have unlimited spawns its ex i know how to to do i code wise but i dont get how to package it. Also if you also could make it so the monster spawner only activates by wired trigger. I will let you be server admin on the server as payment and you can build anywhere after then too ill give passwords for planets and such to you.
