Need help transferring Starbound backup into new game

Had a previous save on my old laptop. I recently returned the laptop to build my own PC. Before I returned the laptop, I backed up Starbound onto a USB Drive. When I got my new PC all set up, I plugged my USB Drive in a grabbed the backup out. Inside, the file had two other files which were labeled Disk 1 and Disk 2. I've tried for about two hours to put these two Disks into my game with no luck. Need help!
