Closed Need help: Ship upgrade glitched

As I was creating the final upgrade for my ship, my game crashed, and as a result, I lost the materials I put in, lost the quest to upgrade the ship, and did not get a ship upgrade. The quest is no longer available, I cannot regain the materials, restarting, leaving the ship, loving the ship, playing multiplayer/singleplayer didn't help, I have tried everything multiple times and cannot seem to fix it.

If anyone has ANY idea as to how to fix this problem I would be just STUPIDLY grateful

 

The only way i can think of is to do /admin, then type /spawnitem shipT8, that spawn's an item, which, when you left click with it, upgrades your ship to the final stage
