To do that you need a mod that uses Content Patcher (download one or make one) or replace the image of the file "farmer_girl_base.xnb" or "farmer_base.xnb" of the vanilla game (which is not recommended to do). I recommend you to use this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/4757 That mod has the shoes that you want (but it's for female characters only)
