Need help identifying what biome/dungeon this is

It's underground, with a bunch of tiny little houses and precious ores embedded in the walls

Another tiny little house, and a better representation of what it looks like in general


Also, everything drops pixels when destroyed, kinda like those capsule things; I couldn't find it on any of the wikis and this is the only time I've ever seen it. The white walls are made of something called soft bricks, although they take a bit of effort to mine, even with a plat pickaxe.

 

Probably mini-biome /special encounter that gives diversity in world. Funny one to encounter. Not sure if there is anything special about it.

 

Careful, those are gnomes and they are very dangerous. If you take their goodies they will come out of their houses and shred you to pieces in seconds.

I believe it's called the village biome type.
