Navigation Console Buggy Systems with no Titles!

Hi everyone.

I have an issue... there are unknown planets in the universe, and A LOT of them. Anyone run into this issue? I think it may be mod related... but I am not entirely sure. Whenever I try to fly to one of these systems, I am completely stuck in the system, cant zoom out, cant exit or fly from the system. Its annoying to see so many planets that are like this.

But now I can confirm that there is something broken. I use to be able to fly to one of these systems, one of these systems contained my starter planet. Now I cant fly there after I had died, deleted a whole heap of client context files from the universe folder to help my main character fly out of the system (that is the only way to fix it).
