My Village!

This is the first "Neighborhood" of the village I'm building! What do you guys think so far?

The first recording attempt a bird was attacking. I took a swing at it and killed 3 guards and a villager . Quickly shut down the server and it wasn't able to save thankfully. Damn birds!

Hopefully your NPCs don't run off and kill themselves.

 

Quite nice. Personally I feel like the boxes at start seemed a bit too orderly, but just personal preference. The village is nice to look at regardless.

 

Which boxes? My storage system?

 

lol i was about to ask how did you stop the birds from kill your people everytime i make a town with people birds just kill them and spawn in weird places

 

Yeah, the ones that were underground at start all sitting on planks, personally would've digged a more stacked messy look, but yeah that is just preference. I can see how not having them jammed together haphazardly would be beneficial to finding what's stored where though, too. So even my own point is a bit null when going beyond visuals.

 

Yeah even with them all straight like that I have no clue which box holds what. I'm constantly having to check all of them.

 

Haha, I understand that well.. With all the things to flood up my inventory, I'm usually too lazy to put them into boxes in an orderly way in the first place, so finding them is a bit..

 

I almost feel like I got RickRolled by watching that .... yeah ... guitar next time ...

 

I was going to use my Ocarina at first but chose the Steel Drum. I never though of using my Overdrive Guitar.

 

I wondered why the song seemed so familiar. Curse you...

I'm not looking forward to the next wipe. When it does come though I'm hoping for cooler things to use and make an even bigger town.
