My thoughts as to why the Novakids aren't in the beta.

I want to add that no, Novakid don't have to be in the game. They are a strech goal that was achieved and will be added on launch.

perhaps developers wanna give us more than 1 playable race and they gonna realease them with bunny, demonic,stone,avali or toy race for ejample.
