Bug/Issue My spacestation isn't there.....

I encountered a strange bug. The space station I set up at the Persei Rest system shows up for 2 of my characters, but for my third character, it isn't there and it's the same coordinates. I don't know what could be wrong. Is there a way I can fix this so the station appears, like if I take it out of my universe, load the game, then quit, and then put it back in before re-opening the game?
