    So..having little better to explain.

My character is walking on things, and being moves and is..acting..like he is walking on ship parts/inclines/platforms(cause I can go down) but they don't match with my ship. Also just about the fuel box there is a sudden plunge towards the bottom of the screen.

The borders of my ship are treated as background, and I've just muscled through it expecting it to fix when I got the.. 40 Uranium 3x3x3 Aegisalt/Violium/Rubium Upgrade. It did not. Please advise? I've been fighting to get where I am and would rather not loose the character or progress.

    Ps. Hylotl ship.

Okay, here's what you guys need to do.

go into your unstable saves folder (Nightly or Unstable, doesn't matter, both use the same file directory and act like the same save area, hence why one cannot play either without deleting world saves first) and look at the saves file for players (if planets are affected by this, delete the universe folder entirely).

Delete all .Shipworld files where you get this problem with ships, aswell as .Shipworld.Bak files, which will be on hte bottom of .bak lists if you're sorting by type or name in hte folder.

This will cause your ship to revert back to it's original state, however you will retain your characters and their inventory. anything not collected in the ship, icluding the ship's locker, will be lost.

If you don't delete the .shipworld.bak files, your ship will not regenerate in any way as this is where the game places files to be backed up incase the other .shipworld files are corrupted.

Unfortunately, AI menus won't change at all, but you can use admin commands to fix this.

/Admin must be used first, it'll give you admin rights in singleplayer.
/spawnitem ShipT3 will spawn an item at the cursor which will fix the ship completely, but will not upgrade it at all.

If you want to then reupgrade the ship, just use /spawnitem ShipTx and then repalce x with level 2-8, where hte above is 3 and it simply upgrades your ship before the point of size upgrades.

Be careful though, I think your game will crash if you upgrade it fully and you try to complete the ship upgrades in the AI menu.
