My reaction if this is all a joke

And reddit 7 months ago. And 4chan since the beginning of time.

 

It'd be like the inverse of the movie Machete; Where it began as a joke trailer for Grindhouse but was turned into a real film.
Only where Machete was fucking awesome, Starbound being a joke would be fucking awful.
It would be funny for other people: Give me any tragedy and with enough time, I can find someone sick or cruel enough to laugh at it.

Though it'd be a lot less funny for Chucklefish, as they would be facing fraud charges or a lawsuit.

 

What could possibly happen?

If you avoid stuff like /b/, it's not that bad really. /o/ for example is shockingly well behaved.

 

I am only going on the /a/ and /tg/. Elitism is very relaxing when is not directed at you.

Where did this thread come from? Was something posted on twitter or are you just making a random thread?

I don't believe it's a joke in the slightest but if it were, it would be completely justifiable to sue chucklefish.

 

Starbound doesn't even exist. It's all just a dream.... how long have I been sleeping?

Can we like, get rid of this thread? The idea seems to be very unfounded, pointless and discussing it seems to simply breed bad thoughts.

I don't think this is really an appropriate discussion to have on the starbound forums. I mean seriously.

 

If starbound was fake, I would take an arrow to the knee.

 

I just really don't like the layout, I'm picky about websites. I was recently looking into colleges , for example, and some colleges were disqualified for having bad websites.

 

I would honestly be more disappointed than angry. I mean they have a great idea and a good team; why not make a living out of it =p
