This is incredible! She has much more personality than the current "Talking Rock".. (not that I don't like it but I'd rather have her instead). Once the AI is added to the game you should totally make this into a mod!

This is seriously fantastic. The others were talking about a talking rock and yeah, this is better than the talking rock. She really should be the AI or at least a version of her.

There is a lot of talk about mods, but I think this should just be straight up in the game. That is how good it is. Heck maybe Chucklefish should have you do their AI animations for them.

this A.I is a massive improvement. I think they should keep the current one on your ship as it technically was someone else's, but if you ever get the opportunity to change A.I.'s they should definitely add this as an option. you already did the visual work for them.
Love the last animation displaying the matter manipulator with that look of displeasure on her face! I'd imagine it saying "You forgot your Matter Manipulator didn't you featherbrains?".
I must say, it's a lot better then the crystal (and sexier too). Have you posted the A.V.I.A.N. gif in the suggestions forum?
