My little artifact idea

You can only get red items, but they only have 1.37x chance of appearing so you get no items normally but red is slightly more common.

Alternitively you can have white items and red items with no boosted red item chance.

Has many uses for fun runs, no regen or anything that you can get that isnt from red, only the OP red item stacking will save you.
