My launcher will not update.

I believe this is what's stopping me from using coordinates.

That's the same for everyone. I guess they just forgot to change that.

 

I think everyones screen shows this. And it will stay that way until the next patch is uploaded onto steam. I don't think this is whats stopping you from using coordinates

 

Yeah, that won't be a problem, just the label nothing more.

Are you fully zoomed out when inputting your coords?

zoomed out as in....scale in options?

 

Like right click until you can see the universe map rather than looking at the solar system you are currently in, then input the coords

 

Well, my launcher on two different computers says Frustrated at the top, but Annoyed at the bottom. They both have the hotfix too. Just ignore it for now?

 

Go out to the sector view oppose to being in system/planet view. (right click a lot on the map)

 

Not an issue on your end, the devs just mismatched the version names. I have that too.

What do you mean when you say it's "stopping you from using coordinates?"

 

Try updating it through steam if you've bought it on steam.

 

I've...never had to do that before.

 

To enter coords you always have to be zoomed out to the sector view.

 

The coords are only the system (grid), you then have to choose the system within the grid (zooming you in) until you have chosen the planet you want within that system. Not presuming you didn't know this, just trying to cover all bases to help troubleshoot

 

maybe I just happened to be in that window every time. Thanks

 

I've learned I can left click to zoom in and facepalmed hard because I didn't know I could -right- click to go back. Had no idea, so this helps greatly.

 

This is a perfect example of how a good thread should go You don't see many of these in the sea of other threads, its like a minefield out there

 

No kidding. I was seriously flipping out after building this gigantic home with a friend onyl to fight the game with coordinates to "set home".
