Bug/Issue My game is getting buggy..

So I started playing 2 days ago and every things been great, but today I logged on and all my bookmarks were gone so I could only teleport to whatever planet I was orbiting. I went down and checked one of my flags and it was still there but the name had been removed. Does anyone know what might have caused this? I had upgraded my ship the session before but I'm pretty sure all my bookmarks were still there after the upgrade. It wasn't until after I logged out and came back a few hours later that everything messed up.

Upon making back to the Outpost, the stores that are closed when you first arrive there were closed again and the bear shopkeeper's teddy bear quest had reset.

Other than that everything is the same as far as I can notice.

All of this happened in singleplayer.

I really don't want to delete my character, it's the only one I've made progress on
