My friends and I can't find Questgivers/Quests

    We have gone to several villages, towns, outposts, etc and found plenty of shops, and just about everything else NPC areas are supposed to or can have, but Questgivers! Are quests and Questgivers not in the current Beta build? Are they disabled? Is this a known bug? Is there and option in the server files that can turn them and or on? We don't know what the issue is because after the quest to build the beacon questing has stopped for all of us in singleplayer and multiplayer and the Starbound wiki said there was supposed to be 'infinite' quests as the worlds are created randomly. Looking forward to a response from someone who knows more about the game then us!

    Quests aren't in the game yet. Only the tutorial and the such are. Sorry. :/
