Bug/Issue My friend can't connect to my server through steam p2p

(I got frackin universe installed)
My friend can't join my server through steam multiplayer, he got no server respond received error.
The problem is only he can't join my server, my other friend can join my server just fine. Also sometimes when my friend join my server, he can't do anything and everything got laggy or freezes but my other friends play without lag.
