Bug/Issue My account skipped 10 days overnight.

Okay, so roughly 1 or 2 days ago I was playing on Winter 10-11 (I remember because I was giving a gift to Sebastian whose Bday is on the 10th) shut down the game, went to sleep and woke up on Winter 22. I know for a fact that I shut down the computer normally and no issue or bugs had popped up. Now I missed 3 birthdays and some events. I want to know how I can go back to Winter 11. Tried uploading my backups from Steam and it doesn't work, still on Winter 22. I have 2 mods.
