Hi! While making some keg items the other day, I thought it would be fun to be able to turn common mushrooms into kombucha. I'll leave the numbers up to CA, but it seems like a similar fermentation time to beer and a sell price of around 320g would be pretty on par. What other keg items would you like to see?
Seeems like a subtle way to raise a bit of health awareness. Raw, unpasteurized kombucha (which is likely what this would be) is often drank as a probiotic supplement.
