    Stalkish Cockatiel Existential Complex

This is my idea, if I find it stolen, I'll just be mad. PLEASE don't steal this.
    Terrain
The terrain of a mushroom planet would have many dead plant life. Many scateronians would roam this planet. Mushroom thrive here, feeding on the unlimited supplies of plant-life. Villages of scateronians would be spread out evenly. Many caves make the world dangerous. Please, read on.
    Plant-life Traps
Sense most of the things there are dead, the landscape has been littered with dead remains. This means many things that are dangerous have a easy way to hide. If it's either non-living or living, it's still a trap.
    • Holes - Yes, the most simplest thing, turned to do bad. The plant-life would cover these, making it hidden. At the holes bottom, littering of human, and non-human, bones would sit.
    • Mushroom thorns - Yes.. WAIT! Mushrooms with thorns?!?! Yes, if you step on the razor, armor cutting thorns, it unleashes spores into your body. After 5 minutes, if you haven't got a antidote from a merchant, your chest will explode, if you look in it, you will see purple specks. Then after 3 seconds you see mushrooms growing. These are very lethal. They also do 10 damage. Although, they are fairly rare.
    • Exploding Shrooms - Mhm. These are weight sensitive land-mines. They will blow up, causing damage to the player. You also are slower for 10 seconds. This is not lethal, but if you have mobs chasing you, you don't want to step on it!
    • Mushroom spreading - Getting your armor/skin uncontaminated will cause spores to travel on you. When you get on your home world, once you've taken some steps, the spores will fall off. This would act as a corruption. To stop this, just pour some Mushroom Acid on it. Dissolves it instantly. Although, the fumes are horrid, causing sickness.
    • Acid pools - By all this dead rotten flesh and plants, formed a new liquid. It dissolves everything, and it flows slowly. It has gel like qualities. It is stored in a fat mushroom, which when hit, spews out the gel. Dissolves player instantly.
    Colors!
The mushroom grass is a orange, with speckles of purple. It is the only grass on a mushroom planet. Defeats grass.
Please, post suggestions for anything. This is very small, and this is all I got. PLEASE help me to improve this enough to be put into the game!

  2. A good idea, but none of the effects listed should cause instant death. A player infested with mushroom spores could appear to have mushrooms growing on them after a while, causing various debuffs as well as damage. The acid gel should certainly deal a lot of damage, but should not kill well-prepared players outright.

I agree with the airplane guy. Insta-deaths, no matter how slow and painful, are a source of frustration to players. If you REALLY want to give players insta-deaths, at least provide some gears that will prevent that. It'll set a restriction on the planet, making sure that the players come here only when they are strong enough to have collected the materials to craft these anti-fungal-death-prevention gears.
