Bug/Issue Museum collection glitch??

I love this game and have devoted over 200h to it between my two farms. In one of them, though, I am 99.99% sure I have all the items already donated to the museum that I need to complete the collection; however, I have not received the reward for doing so, the achievement star is not filled in, and my artifacts page shows that I am missing two artifacts - the nautilus fossil and the rare disc. I have both in my inventory and have tried to re-donate to the museum only to be told that I have nothing to donate. Is there something I’m missing? Has anyone else dealt with this?

 

I'm going through the same problem with the same items, I've searched a lot and haven't found any answers. did you already get a solution?
