Bug/Issue Multiple sprite glitches

So, ever since I started playing 1.0+ after a long time, I've been experiencing multiple sprite glitches. The top image is a one of the two, where item icons will just vanish. Not all of them will, but for some reason in that picture most of the icons are gone in the workbench menu. The bottom picture is another very common glitch, where sprites will just mess up completely for no reason. Saving and exiting and going back in is able to fix it, but it eventually comes back affecting something usually completely different in a different way. Both of these are very annoying and I don't know how to fix them. The only mods I have are Colorbound and Lexi's Expanded Colors. Any idea?
