Forgive me if this is the wrong place to post this question (I am new here and to the game), but how do mods work when using two PCs to play the game? I use Steam to sync across them, but only want to have mods on one PC. I would play only the modded save file on that PC, while playing a different save file on my main PC. Does this makes sense? How do I go about this? Thanks so much in advance!
It should automatically work like that. Steam only downloads your saves and the original game files when you use another computer. The mod files will remain local.
