Bug/Issue Multiple issues under Pop!_OS Linux 18.04

Hi,

I'm running Pop!_OS 18.04, a derivative of Ubuntu 18.04 distributed on System76-built computers, and I'm noticing two issues:

* The game can't detect a sound device on launch, despite all the correct drivers being installed, and so no sound plays in the game.
* When the game pops up a modal dialog box (such as the "Wake up!" at the very beginning of the introduction, or when completing a quest), it does not return control to the player after the dialog box is dismissed.

The former is inconvenient; the latter makes the game quite difficult to play!

I run Starbound through the Linux version of Steam, but these issues persist when I use run_client.sh directly.

I am delighted to report that today's hotfix has resolved both of these issues!
