Resolved Multiple Fatal error and acces violation

Hello
I bought the game a few days ago on steam and at the launch I have many fatal errors, I have up to date my graphics card and visual c ++ I have to search on a lot of forum I have Not found solution ...
I have already re-installed the game, I can start the game from the win64 folder, But I do not have access to mods

My config:
- i5-4570s x64
- 4GB RAM
- GTX 1060 6G

No, it does not work, I tried by disabling the overlay ... I also tried (shame on me) to replace some files by crack version but nothing running
It is because of steam that the game bug ...
